Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders confirmed before the 6:00 PM daily cut-off time will begin processing within the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during launches, restocks, holidays, or high order volume periods.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery may be available for selected Metro Manila areas depending on courier availability.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer modify the address.
Returns, Refunds & Damages

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all perfume purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We only accommodate refund or replacement requests for items damaged upon arrival.

To qualify:

  • You must provide a clear unedited unboxing video
  • The video must start before opening the package
  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package

Requests without proper video proof may not be accommodated.


What damages are not eligible for refund?

We do not accept refund requests for:

  • Minor packaging dents caused by courier handling
  • Personal scent preference
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing

Are your perfumes long-lasting?

Krystall fragrances are Eau de Parfum (EDP), designed for longer wear and stronger projection compared to lighter fragrance concentrations.

Longevity may vary depending on skin chemistry, weather, storage, and application.

Why does the perfume color vary slightly?

Some fragrance oils naturally deepen over time due to ingredients like vanilla, resins, or woods. This does not affect quality or performance.

How should I store my perfume?

Store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its quality.

Are your perfumes inspired by designer fragrances?

Our scents are inspired by certain fragrance profiles but are independently formulated and not affiliated with any designer brands.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through bank transfer (GCASH and BPI) 

My payment is marked pending. What should I do?

Please allow some time for payment verification. If the issue persists, contact us with your proof of payment.
Additional Policies

Courier Delays

Once orders are handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Delays due to weather, holidays, or courier operations may occur.

Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

Customers may shoulder reshipping fees for parcels returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to receive the package.
